Convenient travel sized water purification kit. Take it on the road with you to generate a chlorine dioxide solution (CDS) at 3000ppm. You can use it to kill off any waterborne microorganisms; including Giardia, Cryptosporidium,Microsporidia, Clostridium, E. coli, Salmonella, Hepatitis, Norovirus, Desmodesmus, etc.
There is enough of the solutions (4oz NaClO₂ and 4oz H₃PO₄) to make over 287oz / 18 pints / 9 quarts / 2.25 gal / 8.5 liters of concentrated 3000ppm CDS.

Contents:
a. Pyrex glass reactor/receiver - Premarked, with plastic lid with silicone seal enough to produce up to 400ml of CDS per batch
b. H₃PO₄ - Phosphoric Acid food grade reagent solution at 12.5% dilution in distilled water
c. 10ml silicone O-ring luer syringe, to conveniently transport a small amount of CDS
d. NaClO₂ - Sodium Chlorite solution at 28% dilution in distilled water
e. Luer slip syringe caps - 2 caps to cap syringes. Prevents CDS from escaping if used with silicone syringe
f. BH Supplies 10ml luer slip syringe, for solutions measurement and pick up of reaction residue
g. Silicone collapsible funnel
h. LaMotte high range ClO₂ test strips - 50 strips
i. 30ml mixing cup and wood stirrer

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!
Due to the current regulatory framework in the United States of America, we can only provide guidance on the use of CDS for its official and approved application: Water purification.
In 2019 the FDA issued a warning against using this type of product in a manner inconsistent with labeling and instructions.
We encourage individuals to exercise responsibility on their use of any Chlorine Dioxide products within their own personal understandings, and those of the communities supporting their own personal efforts and intentions.
*NOTE: This new formulation emphasizes the purpose of generating CDS with these reactants. The following chemical formula explains the reaction:
4H3PO4 + 5NaClO2 → 4ClO2 + 4NaH2PO4 + 2H2O + NaCl
which stands for
Phosphoric Acid + Sodium Chlorite = Chlorine Dioxide + Monosodium Phosphate (MSP) + Water + Sodium Chloride (salt)
